Joe Sims has been performing along the Gulf Coast for over 20 years. Over the last few years, he has had the pleasure of performing his original material at festivals including the Ozone Songwriters Festival, Mississippi Songwriters Festival, Third Street Songwriters Festival, and The Mighty Mississippi Music Festival. One of his songs, "Shelter", placed top 5 in the Songwriter Universe song contest in 2018. In 2019, his song “Run Away Girl” take 1st place at Third Street Songwriters Festival.
